Software Team Leader - Low code

Key Responsibilities: * Lead, mentor, and support a team of low-code developers. * Manage project delivery, resource allocation, and development timelines. * Design and oversee scalable solutions using low-code platforms (Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, etc.). * Establish and enforce development standards, governance, and best practices. * Oversee integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs. * Conduct code reviews and ensure solution quality, security, and performance. * Act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and the development team. * Resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in low-code platforms. * 2+ years of team leadership or technical management experience. * Strong expertise in at least one major low-code platform. * Experience with SQL databases, APIs, system integrations, and application lifecycle management. * Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies is preferred.
