Technical Support Engineer

We are a leading IT solutions company based in Dubai, specializing in RFID, Barcode, IoT, and Enterprise Software Solutions. We are looking for an experienced **Senior Implementation & Support Engineer** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in RFID and Barcode technologies, software implementation, databases, and customer support. Key Responsibilities * Implement RFID, Barcode, and Enterprise Software solutions at customer sites. * Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective and existing clients. * Gather and analyze customer functional and technical requirements. * Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, and user manuals. * Configure, deploy, and support RFID hardware, barcode devices, and related software applications. * Perform software installation, testing, user training, and post-implementation support. * Troubleshoot application, database, and hardware-related issues. * Work closely with the sales, development, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery. * Provide technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. * Minimum 5-7 **years of experience** in RFID Technology, Barcode Solutions, and Software Implementation. * Strong knowledge of RFID readers, printers, barcode scanners, labels, and related technologies. * Hands-on experience with ERP Systems, Inventory Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, or similar enterprise applications. * Strong expertise in relational database systems such as **Microsoft SQL Server** and **Oracle**. * Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to travel to customer locations within the UAE and GCC when required. Preferred Skills * Experience with RFID middleware and integration with ERP systems. * Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Windows Server environments. * Experience in SQL query writing, database administration, and report generation. * Experience working with retail, logistics, warehouse, healthcare, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage. * UAE Driving License Mandatory. **Experience Required** * RFID Technology 5 - 7 Years * Barcode Technology 5 -7 Years * MS SQL Database 5 -7 Years * Software Implementation & Technical Support 5 - 7 Years Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your expected salary ?
