Technical Support Engineer

Job Description -Provide technical support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of energy storage systems. -Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to inverters, batteries, and BMS. -Conduct customer training and provide after-sales technical support. -Support pre-sales activities and assist with project implementation. -Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
