Technical Support Engineer

We are hiring : Technical Support Engineer _ this position will be reporting to the Sales ManagerCompany: Al Mahwar for General TradingLocation: Baghdad, IraqQualifications:1 - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Engineering, or a related engineering field.2 - 2–5 years of experience in lighting design, lighting sales support, or electrical engineering3 - Proficiency in DIALux Evo and/or Relux, with good knowledge of AutoCAD4 - Strong understanding of LED technology, lighting standards, and electrical/architectural drawings5 - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsKey Responsibilities:1 - Prepare lighting designs, calculations, and layouts using DIALux Evo, Relux, and AutoCAD2 - Review project specifications and recommend suitable lighting solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements.3 - Provide technical support to customers and the sales team throughout project bidding and execution4- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure successful project delivery.5 - Conduct site visits, prepare technical documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable lighting standardsWorking Conditions:1 - Working Days: 6 days/week2 - Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PMPlease send your CV/Resume to: [email protected] mention Technical Support Engineer in the subject line
