Tendering / Estimation Engineer

MAHAWAR General Contracting Company LLC\* is seeking a qualified and experienced \*Tendering / Estimation Engineer\* to join our team. ### \*Key Responsibilities:\* \* Register and maintain the company's profiles with all relevant \*government authorities, semi-government entities, and private sector clients\*. \* Manage and operate various \*tendering and prequalification portals\*, ensuring all company registrations and documents remain valid and up to date. \* Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for: \* Fit-Out Projects \* Civil Construction Projects \* MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Projects \* Review drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and prepare accurate cost estimates. \* Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, perform commercial evaluations, and prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals. \* Submit and follow up on \*municipality applications through the MPS system\*. \* Coordinate with internal departments and clients throughout the tendering process until award. ### \*Requirements:\* \* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. \* \*3–5 years of proven UAE experience\* in tendering and estimation. \* Strong experience in estimating \*Fit-Out, Construction, and MEP projects\*. \* Hands-on experience with company registration and prequalification processes with government and private entities. \* Proficiency in managing online tendering and procurement portals. \* Working knowledge of the \*Municipality MPS System\*. \* Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and tender documentation. \* Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; experience with estimation software is an advantage. \* Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. \* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight submission deadlines. \*Interested candidates are invited to send their CV, mentioning "Tendering / Estimation Engineer" in the email subject line. to [email protected].\* Pay: AED0.10 per month Application Question(s): * 3–5 years of proven UAE experience\* in tendering and estimation. * Experience with company registration and prequalification processes with government and private entities. * Experience in estimating Fit-Out, Construction, and MEP projects * Proficiency in managing online tendering and procurement portals * Knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and tender documentation. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; experience with estimation software is an advantage.
