Trade Manager

Objectives: The Trade Manager will be responsible for attracting and Securing Cafes, Restaurants, And Fast-Food Chains for the project. The primary objective is to curate a diverse and appealing culinary landscape that enhances the project’s attractiveness to visitors and tenants. Responsibilities: Identify and target potential cafes, restaurants, and fast-food chains that align with the project’s brand and customer demographics. Build and maintain a comprehensive list of prospects. Initiate and conduct negotiations with potential tenants, including lease terms, rental rates, and other relevant agreements. Ensure mutually beneficial terms for both parties. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, understanding their needs and requirements to facilitate successful deals. Oversee the preparation and execution of lease agreements, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to company policies. Provide regular reports to senior management on leasing progress, tenant occupancy, and revenue projections. Explore opportunities to expand and attract new businesses. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English languages. Minimum of 3 years of experience in initiating and closing sales contracts. Possessing a comprehensive database of all local restaurants and cafes in Erbil. Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successfully closing deals.
