Warehouse Manager

Manage receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch operations.Control all inventory movements using Odoo ERP.Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.Plan and supervise regular stock counts.Manage frozen, chilled, and dry products according to storage standards.Monitor expiry dates, damaged stock, and warehouse conditions.Coordinate product deliveries to branches and other cities.Improve warehouse layout and operational efficiency.Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.Prepare inventory, delivery, and warehouse performance reports.Ensure warehouse cleanliness, security, and workplace safety.Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.Previous experience supervising warehouse teams.Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock-count procedures.Experience with Odoo, ERP, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple warehouses and work under pressure.Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and reporting.
