Account Director

Brand Aid, a leading multi-country marketing, advertising, and production agency operating across 9 countries (Iraq, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Lebanon, Qatar, Jordan, Kuwait, and Syria), is looking for a driven and experienced Account Director to lead our Iraq operations.This is a senior leadership role for someone who can own the full commercial engine of the business — from client relationships, to team performance, to bottom-line results.What You'll OwnFull commercial leadership across POSM, Events & Activations, Exhibitions, Luxury, Fit-Out, and Retail business units Direct management of the Account Management team, ensuring outstanding client servicing across all accounts Business Development — identifying new opportunities and expanding Brand Aid's presence in the Iraq market Setting and executing the annual commercial strategy and sales plans Full accountability for sales targets, revenue growth, and business results Monitoring and following up on cash flow Leading, coaching, and developing cross-functional teams to hit performance goals Regular reporting and commercial insights to senior/group management Building and maintaining senior-level client relationships and representing Brand Aid in the market What We're Looking For8–10+ years of progressive commercial/sales leadership experience in advertising, marketing, events, or related industries Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams and exceeding sales targets Strong knowledge of POSM, Events, Activations, Exhibitions, Luxury, Fit-Out, and/or Retail Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Strategic mindset with strong business acumen Fluent in Arabic and English Based in Erbil or willing to relocate Why Brand Aid Join a regional leader with a footprint across 9 countries, real ownership over your market, and a direct seat at the table with senior leadership.
