Account Manager

Description Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution. Handle client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery. Proactively identify and solve client problems to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and improve service quality. Requirements Language Requirements: Must be fluent in Arabic, English, and Kurdish (spoken and written). Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in client management, customer service, or account management (preferably in delivery/shipping/logistics). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure. Organizational and time-management skills. Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
