Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Summary Manage and organize direct sales accounts for postpaid customers and Points of Sale (POS), ensuring accurate invoicing, collection, reconciliation, recording, and reporting in accordance with the company’s financial policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Manage postpaid accounts receivable, including invoicing, collection, reconciliation, and reporting. Manage VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) receivables, including collection, recording, reconciliation, and reporting. Supervise Korek Point-of-Sale (POS) accounting activities, including collection, recording, reconciliation, and reporting. Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices, outstanding balances, and payment status. Process credit notes, account adjustments, refunds, and other receivable-related transactions as required. Reconcile customer accounts and investigate and resolve payment discrepancies. Prepare customer statements of account, accounts receivable aging reports, and other management reports. Assist with month-end closing activities and accounts receivable reconciliations. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping to support audits and maintain effective internal controls. Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by Finance Management. Competencies Proficiency in reviewing, comparing, and validating activities against reports. Ability and proficiency in preparing accurate monthly activity reports. Ability to identify, evaluate, categorize, and classify supporting evidence according to its relevance and reliability. Comprehensive understanding of the principles and fundamentals of Accounts Receivable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines. High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling financial and sensitive information.
