AI Presales Engineer

Our subsidiary (Nabeh) is seeking an AI Presales Engineer to support our Sales team by delivering innovative AI solutions and providing technical expertise throughout the pre-sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to understand business requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals, conduct solution demonstrations, and support successful project delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * + Provide technical pre-sales support and analysis to the Sales team for all pre-sales activities. + Collaborate with the Sales team to gather customer requirements and recommend appropriate AI solutions. + Design and propose AI, Computer Vision (CV), and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions based on customer requirements. + Prepare Bills of Materials (BoM), Bills of Quantities (BoQ), Technical Proposals, Commercial Proposals, Executive Summaries, demonstrations, and effort estimations. + Prepare project costing sheets and executive summaries. + Respond to customer Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs) throughout the sales cycle. + Support the Sales team in defining project scope and estimating budgets for customer opportunities. + Deliver remote product presentations and demonstrations using collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. + Support the Sales team in identifying upselling opportunities and evaluating new business opportunities. + Assist the bidding team in tender qualification, proposal preparation, and opportunity analysis. + Validate technical inputs received from Engineering teams while preparing technical and commercial proposals. + Define project scope, goals, deliverables, assumptions, and effort estimates for new customer opportunities. + Ensure a smooth handover of awarded projects to the Delivery team and provide technical support during project transition when required. + Conduct market research to identify suitable technologies and solutions that meet customer requirements. + Collaborate with technology vendors and partners to evaluate products and solution offerings. Review technical proposals, commercial proposals, and costing sheets with the direct manager before customer submission. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent. * **2–4 years** of experience in AI Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field. **Preferred Skills :** * Artificial Intelligence (AI) * Computer Vision (CV) * Generative AI (GenAI) * Speech-to-Text (STT) * Technical Proposal Writing * BoM & BoQ Preparation * IaaS & Infrastructure Knowledge * IoT Fundamentals * Agile Methodology **Job location:** HQ
