Senior Planning Engineer

**Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on large-scale real estate development projects while providing data-driven insights through Power BI dashboards to support management decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. * Establish project baselines, milestones, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). * Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances and critical issues. * Perform critical path analysis, delay analysis, and schedule recovery planning. * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and KPI reports. * Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for project performance, schedule status, progress, productivity, and management reporting. * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project schedules remain aligned with project objectives. * Support forecasting, resource planning, and project controls activities. * Review contractor schedules and validate progress updates. * Ensure compliance with company planning standards and contractual requirements. **Requirements:** * Minimum **8 years of experience** in planning and project controls within the construction industry. * At least **5 years of hands-on experience** in **real estate development projects**, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or high-rise developments. * Proven experience managing planning activities throughout the full project lifecycle, from design through construction and project handover. * Demonstrated experience developing executive-level **Power BI dashboards** and project performance reports. * Experience in monitoring multiple projects simultaneously and supporting senior management with project analytics and reporting. **Education** * Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
