**Urgent Hiring: AutoCAD Draftsman cum Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out)** **Location: Dubai, UAE** **Industry: Interior Fit-Out & Contracting** **Wize Guys Contracting & Decoration LLC** is looking for a highly skilled AutoCAD Draftsman cum Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry and possess strong technical drafting, quantity surveying, estimation, and client coordination skills. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed AutoCAD shop drawings, construction drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out projects. Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and material quantity reports. Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with clients regarding drawings, material specifications, finishes, and quality requirements. Liaise with Project Managers, Designers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Procurement, and Suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Assist in material selection and provide technical recommendations that meet project specifications and budgets. Prepare and evaluate subcontractor quotations and support project cost control. Monitor project variations and prepare variation orders and cost analyses. Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and coordination when required. Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, client requirements, and UAE construction regulations. Provide technical support to the project team and resolve drawing and quantity-related issues. Requirements Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in an Interior Fit-Out Company. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Strong experience in quantity surveying, estimation, BOQ preparation, and shop drawings. Sound knowledge of interior fit-out materials, construction methods, and finishing works. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate directly with clients and consultants. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience in commercial, retail, office, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects. Good knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority regulations, and industry best practices. Experience in material submittals, procurement support, and project cost management. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other quantity surveying/estimation software will be an added advantage.
