Civil Foreman

**Job Title:** Civil Foreman – High-Rise Buildings **Location:** United Arab Emirates **Experience Required:** 8 to 10 years (in high-rise building projects within the UAE) **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced **Civil Foreman** with a strong background in **high-rise building construction** to oversee and manage on-site activities in line with project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate must have **8–10 years of hands-on experience** working on high-rise projects in the **UAE** and be familiar with local construction standards, authorities' requirements, and project execution workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all civil activities on site related to **structural, concrete, blockwork, formwork, and finishing works**. * Plan and organize manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet deadlines and milestones. * Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per the construction schedule. * Ensure that work is executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, safety officers, and QA/QC teams. * Conduct regular toolbox talks and enforce HSE standards on site. * Verify the proper use and handling of materials and ensure minimum wastage. * Maintain accurate daily site records, reports, and labor deployment logs. * Assist in resolving technical issues or site challenges in collaboration with the project team. * Ensure timely communication with site engineers and project managers regarding work progress or delays. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * **Minimum 8–10 years of experience** as a Civil Foreman in **high-rise building construction** projects within the **UAE**. * Proven experience in structural and finishing phases of towers exceeding 20+ floors. * Strong knowledge of **UAE construction standards**, safety regulations, and local authority requirements (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.). * Excellent leadership and team management skills.
