Project Engineer

**Job Title**: Project Engineer – High-Rise Towers (UAE Experienced) **Location**: United Arab Emirates **Experience Required**: Minimum 6 years in the UAE (Construction Industry) **Industry**: Construction **Project Focus**: High-Rise Residential & Commercial Towers **Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Project Engineer** with a strong background in high-rise tower construction within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience managing technical and site engineering aspects of large-scale construction projects in accordance with UAE regulations and international standards. The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of project coordination, technical drawings, material specifications, and site execution. **Key Responsibilities**: * Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure construction activities are carried out in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and approved procedures. * Coordinate between consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project phases. * Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications; raise RFIs where required. * Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and equipment at site. * Monitor and report project progress, risks, delays, and recommend corrective actions. * Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and enforced at all stages of construction. * Liaise with local authorities (Dubai Municipality, DM, Trakhees, etc.) for inspections, NOCs, and compliance. * Prepare and maintain project documentation including method statements, inspection requests, and daily/weekly progress reports. * Monitor site safety compliance in coordination with HSE team. * Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. **Qualifications & Experience**: * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in construction of high-rise towers (10+ floors preferred). * Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, codes, and standards. * Proven experience working with major consultants and clients in the UAE. * Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools (Primavera / MS Project). * Valid UAE driving license (preferred). * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
