**Walk-In Interview | Clinic ManagerKaya Skin Clinic – Al Ain** Kaya Skin Clinic is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Female **Clinic Manager** to oversee its Al Ain branch. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the clinic’s daily operational and commercial performance. * Lead, coach and support the clinic team. * Monitor appointments, footfall, conversions, collections and service quality. * Ensure efficient staff scheduling and resource utilisation. * Maintain an exceptional patient and customer experience. * Ensure compliance with company policies, DOH requirements and operational standards. * Address client concerns professionally and promptly. * Coordinate with medical, sales, marketing and support functions. * Prepare performance reports and implement improvement plans. * Maintain strict standards of confidentiality and patient privacy. **Candidate Profile** * Previous clinic-management experience, preferably in an aesthetic, dermatology, healthcare or premium wellness environment. * Strong leadership, operations and commercial-management skills. * Proven ability to manage targets and improve team performance. * Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities. * Sound understanding of patient experience and healthcare operations. * Immediate availability will be an advantage. **Walk-In Interview Details** **Kaya Skin Clinic – Al Ain Branch** **Thursday, 6 August 2026(** **11:30 AM–3:30 PM)** Please attend the interview with an updated copy of your CV.
