Construction Execution Engineer

**Job Summary** We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Construction Execution Engineer** to manage and supervise on-site construction activities from project initiation to completion. The successful candidate will coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. **Key ResponsibilitiesConstruction Execution** * Supervise daily construction and site execution activities. * Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Coordinate construction activities with engineering, procurement, fabrication, QA/QC, and HSE teams. * Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones. * Verify work quality before consultant and client inspections. * Resolve site execution issues and technical challenges. * Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company procedures. **Project Coordination** * Coordinate with Project Managers, Clients, Consultants, Architects, Subcontractors, and Suppliers. * Attend project coordination, progress, and technical meetings. * Monitor engineering deliverables and ensure timely execution. * Coordinate project activities across multiple disciplines. * Ensure smooth communication between office and site teams. * Follow up on action items from project meetings. **Planning & Scheduling** * Execute work according to the approved project schedule. * Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly work plans. * Assist in preparing look-ahead schedules. * Monitor project progress against planned milestones. * Identify delays and recommend recovery plans. * Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material requirements. * Support project planning and scheduling teams. **Site Supervision** * Supervise civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works. * Monitor subcontractor performance and work quality. * Ensure proper installation methods and construction practices. * Verify measurements and completed work quantities. * Coordinate site inspections and approvals. * Monitor daily workforce productivity. **Material & Procurement Coordination** * Ensure materials and equipment are available before site execution. * Coordinate with procurement and stores regarding material requirements. * Verify material deliveries and storage conditions. * Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage. * Track long-lead materials and delivery schedules. **Quality Control** * Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and project specifications. * Coordinate inspections with QA/QC teams. * Raise inspection requests (IRs) and ensure timely approvals. * Monitor corrective actions for NCRs and punch list items. * Maintain quality records and documentation. **Health, Safety & Environment** * Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and client safety requirements. * Promote safe work practices on site. * Conduct toolbox talks with supervisors and workers. * Monitor PPE compliance and housekeeping. * Report safety incidents, hazards, and near misses. * Support implementation of HSE improvement initiatives. **Documentation & Reporting** * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Maintain site diaries and execution records. * Track RFIs, inspections, approvals, and project documentation. * Update project progress reports and dashboards. * Maintain as-built information and project records. * Assist in project close-out documentation. **Client & Consultant Coordination** * Attend site inspections with clients and consultants. * Resolve technical queries and site issues. * Coordinate approval of completed works. * Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders. * Ensure client requirements are implemented effectively. **Cost & Resource Management** * Monitor labor productivity and equipment utilization. * Assist in controlling project costs and resource allocation. * Support project forecasting and progress measurement. * Coordinate with the commercial team regarding work completion and billing. * Recommend productivity improvements and cost-saving measures. **Project Close-Out** * Coordinate final inspections and project handover. * Ensure completion of snag and punch list items. * Support preparation of as-built drawings and O&M documentation. * Verify project completion according to contract requirements. * Assist in final project close-out and handover activities. **General Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Maintain confidentiality of project information. * Support continuous improvement initiatives. * Mentor junior engineers and site staff when required. * Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management. **RequirementsEducation** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering,
