Creative Head & Operations Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a **Creative Head & Operations Manager** to lead both the creative vision and daily operations of Flower Lab. This role is ideal for someone who is highly creative, organized, and experienced in managing a fast-paced floral business. You will oversee floral design, team leadership, inventory, customer experience, event execution, and business operations while ensuring our brand standards are consistently maintained. **Key Responsibilities** Creative Leadership * Lead the creative direction for all floral arrangements, bouquets, installations, and seasonal collections. * Develop new floral concepts aligned with current trends and the Flower Lab brand. * Create mood boards and concepts for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. * Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all floral products. * Mentor and train florists to maintain premium design standards. Operations Management * Oversee the daily operations of the flower shop and production team. * Manage staff scheduling, performance, and workflow. * Supervise inventory, flower purchasing, and supplier relationships. * Monitor stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability. * Ensure timely order fulfillment, deliveries, and event setups. * Develop and improve operational procedures and efficiency. Customer Experience * Handle VIP and custom floral orders. * Build long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients. * Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. * Maintain exceptional service standards. Business & Growth * Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and social media content. * Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities. * Monitor operational costs and improve profitability. * Support business expansion initiatives and new service offerings.
