This role is for a skilled and adaptable Frontend developer to join a fast-paced development effort to re-architect and modernize digital platforms. As a core member of our development team, you will design, develop, and modify custom software solutions that solve problems, improve business operations, and manage the complexity inherent in technology change. * Design, develop and modify frontend systems and custom components using a modern dev stack. * Develop software solutions by analysing system performance standards, confer with users or system engineers; analyse systems flow, data usage, and work processes; and investigate problem areas. * Integrate existing software into new or modified systems. * Develop and execute test procedures for software components. * Analyse user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements. Connect to your skills and professional experience * 10+ years of experience in Front-End development (using React or Angular) * Extensive experience in designing and building responsive user Interface (UI) applications using React, Angular, HTML5, AJAX, CSS & JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery. * Experience working with XML/JSON * Experience using GitLab source code management * Experience working with Agile Development Methodology * Experience deploying software/database using CI / CD pipeline leveraging tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, etc * Demonstrate high organisational skills and a methodical approach to problem solving * Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and innovatively with a ‘can do’ attitude * Demonstrate strong communication including spanning technical and business language barriers and be able to run feature kick-off sessions and apply story mapping techniques * Demonstrable experience in using tools (JIRA / confluence / Excel) to manage designs, prototypes, and user stories Connect to your service line - Consulting Distinctive thinking, deep expertise, and collaborative working.
