We create functional, patient-centered environments that comply with healthcare regulations and support the operational requirements of medical facilities. Our services include design development, health authority approvals, licensing support, construction, fit-out, and regulatory compliance, providing clients with complete turnkey solutions from concept to completion. While healthcare is at the heart of our work, our portfolio also includes luxury villas, restaurants, retail outlets, offices, and other commercial spaces. As both designers and contractors, we manage every stage of each project, from initial planning and design to construction, authority approvals, and final handover. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly organized **Design Manager** to lead our interior design team and oversee the design process across multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring designers, reviewing design work, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring that all designs are creative, technically accurate, practical, and suitable for execution on site. This role requires strong leadership, excellent English communication and presentation skills, and the ability to confidently present design concepts to clients. The Design Manager must also be able to coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, MEP engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and authority representatives. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE experience in interior design and fit-out projects and will be comfortable managing projects from concept design through technical development, construction coordination, and final handover. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, manage, and mentor the interior design team across multiple projects. * Assign tasks, monitor workloads, review performance, and ensure the design team meets project deadlines. * Manage the complete design process from initial client briefing and concept development through detailed design, technical drawings, authority submissions, construction coordination, and project handover. * Attend client meetings, understand project requirements, and translate client needs into creative and practical design solutions. * Prepare and deliver professional design presentations, concept proposals, material boards, mood boards, and design reports. * Present design concepts confidently to clients, consultants, management, and other project stakeholders. * Review and approve concept designs, layouts, space plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, and construction drawings. * Ensure all drawings and design documents are accurate, coordinated, and suitable for construction. * Coordinate architectural, interior design, structural, MEP, lighting, joinery, signage, furniture, and specialist design requirements. * Work closely with project managers, site engineers, MEP engineers, quantity surveyors, procurement teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction and fit-out works are executed in accordance with approved designs, drawings, specifications, and material selections. * Respond to site queries and provide timely design solutions for technical or construction-related issues. * Review shop drawings, material submissions, samples, mock-ups, and technical proposals. * Ensure design coordination between all disciplines before drawings are issued for construction. * Identify design conflicts, technical risks, and site-related challenges and provide suitable corrective solutions. * Ensure all designs comply with UAE authority requirements, building regulations, accessibility standards, health and safety requirements, and project specifications. * Coordinate with health authorities and consultants for healthcare projects, where applicable. * Manage design changes, client comments, revisions, and approvals throughout the project. * Maintain proper design documentation, drawing registers, submission trackers, approval records, and project files. * Support the preparation and review of BOQs, specifications, material schedules, and procurement information. * Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, sanitary ware, and specialist products. * Ensure design quality, consistency, functionality, and brand standards across all projects. * Monitor d
