Job Description – Electrical Supervisor (Construction Projects) Electrical Supervisor :– Construction Projects Location:-UAE Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all electrical works at construction project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising electricians and subcontractors, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities * Supervise all electrical installation activities at construction sites. * Allocate daily tasks and monitor the performance of electricians and subcontractors. * Ensure electrical works comply with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and local authority regulations. * Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Civil, Mechanical, and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical documents before execution. * Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule. * Inspect installed electrical systems to ensure quality standards are met. * Conduct routine site inspections and identify potential issues before they impact project timelines. * Ensure compliance with HSE policies and conduct daily toolbox talks. * Manage material requirements, verify deliveries, and coordinate with the procurement and store departments. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports. * Attend site meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients when required. * Assist during testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover of completed electrical systems. * Ensure all testing and commissioning documentation is completed accurately. * Maintain proper documentation of site activities, manpower, and material usage. Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology. * Minimum 3–8 years of experience in electrical construction projects. * Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects. * UAE/GCC experience is preferred. * Knowledge of DEWA, SEWA, FEWA, or ADDC regulations is an advantage. * Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
