Nara & Naranj Restaurants are looking for a dedicated Employee Relations (ER) Officer to join our team.📍 Location: Zayouna, Baghdad🕒 Working Hours: Full Time (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)📅 Working Schedule: 6 days per week💰 Salary Range: Starting from IQD 1,250,000 (based on experience and qualifications)Key Responsibilities:Manage employee relations and address employee inquiries and concerns.Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.Ensure compliance with Iraqi Labor Law and internal company policies.Prepare employee relations reports and maintain accurate HR records.Requirements:Previous experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources.Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law and HR best practices.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.📩 Apply Now: [email protected]
