Facilities Supervisor

Al Khayyal Group Trading & Investment LLC is seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of maintenance activities across our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient delivery of hard and soft FM services while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily maintenance operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance works. * Lead and monitor technicians, cleaners, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. * Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance requirements. * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. * Respond promptly to tenant complaints and ensure timely resolution. * Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for maintenance services and material requirements. * Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and UAE statutory requirements. * Assist in emergency maintenance situations and after-hours call-outs when required. * Support the Facilities Engineers and Manager in achieving operational KPIs and service excellence. **Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum **3-5 years of UAE experience** in Facilities Management or Property Management. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems, building maintenance, and preventive maintenance. * Good knowledge of UAE health, safety, and building regulations. * Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills * Proficient in MS Office**;** CAFM system knowledge **is an advantage** * **Valid UAE driving license is compulsory** Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
