Field Support Engineer IT

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused **Field IT Support Engineer** to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide **onsite technical support** to clients, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues and smooth functioning of their IT infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues. * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications (Microsoft 365, email, ERP). * Support network-related issues including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall troubleshooting. * Manage service requests, incidents, and update clients on progress. * Perform preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and patch management. * Document IT support activities and maintain accurate service records. * Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalated issues. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field. * 4 years of IT support experience (preferably with a system integrator or IT service provider). * Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic server administration. * Hands-on experience with switches, routers, access points, and firewalls. * Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools. * Valid UAE Driving License preferred (for client visits). * Strong communication and customer service skills. **Benefits** * Competitive salary and allowances. * Exposure to diverse client environments and technologies. * Career development and certification support. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
