FINANCIAL INCLUSION OFFICER Region Trade Bank (RT Bank) ABOUT THE ROLE Region Trade Bank is seeking an experienced Financial Inclusion Officer to lead and develop financial inclusion strategies and initiatives. You will be responsible for expanding access to banking services for unbanked and underbanked populations, while driving sustainable growth through inclusive financial products and strategic partnerships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead financial inclusion initiatives targeting unbanked and underbanked population segments Develop customer acquisition strategies and financial literacy programs Develop and market inclusive financial products tailored to meet the needs of low and middle-income customers Build and manage strategic partnerships with government institutions and NGOs Track and monitor financial inclusion KPIs and prepare periodic reports Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Iraq requirements and bank policies Lead and manage the financial inclusion team WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required Qualifications ✓ bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field ✓ Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or economic development ✓ Proven experience in leadership and project management ✓ Strong analytical and communication skills Preferred Qualifications ✓ master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field ✓ Experience in financial inclusion programs or economic empowerment initiatives ✓ Proven track record in building partnerships with government and community organizations ✓ Knowledge of Central Bank of Iraq regulatory requirements KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES ✓ Strategic thinking and business planning ✓ Business development and customer acquisition ✓ Project and initiative management ✓ Leadership and negotiation abilities ✓ Data analysis and performance measurement ✓ Communication and stakeholder engagement ✓ Understanding of legal and regulatory environment ✓ Social responsibility and community focus LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS ✓ Arabic: Excellent (reading, writing, and speaking) ✓ Kurdish: Good (reading, writing, and speaking) ✓ English: Good (reading, writing, and speaking) WHY JOIN US?
