Fitout Site Engineer

**IKSAA Interior Decoration LLC** is looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Site Engineer** to join our growing team. **Can Join Immediately** **Arabic language is preferred**. **Male Site Engineer** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Industry:** Interior Fit-Out & Construction **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily site activities and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications. * Coordinate with the Project Manager, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site execution. * Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules and project timelines. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures. * Prepare daily and weekly site reports and submit them to the project management team. * Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly. * Coordinate inspections, snagging, and handover activities. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in interior fit-out projects in the UAE. * Strong understanding of fit-out works, construction drawings, and site execution procedures. * Good communication and coordination skills; **Arabic language is preferred**. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
