Full-Stack Software Engineer - (Supabase/React)

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, building, and optimizing high-quality applications — including AI-powered features — while guiding the next generation of engineering talent. **About the Role** ------------------ You will work at the intersection of technical excellence and business impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable software solutions using modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies, while contributing to the architectural direction of our products and maintaining the highest standards of code quality. You will also play a key role in integrating AI and LLM-based services into our applications. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality full-stack applications using frontend frameworks (React) and backend technologies (Supabase), ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability. * Integrate AI APIs and LLM-based services (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face) into applications to support intelligent, AI-powered features and workflows. * Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n to streamline internal processes and connect AI agents with business systems. * Analyze and interpret business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications, actionable plans, and effective software solutions. * Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce code quality standards, promoting best practices in software engineering across the development lifecycle. * Implement comprehensive unit testing strategies to validate functionality, reduce defects, and ensure long-term application stability. * Participate actively in architectural discussions, contributing meaningful insights and helping shape the technical roadmap for current and future products. * Monitor, analyze, and optimize application performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements to enhance end-user experience. * Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver features on time and aligned with business objectives. **Technical Skills** -------------------- * **Frontend:** React, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks. * **Backend:** Supabase * **Databases:** PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL * **AI & LLM Integration:** OpenAI API, Anthropic API, Hugging Face; prompt engineering; AI frameworks and libraries. * **Automation****:** n8n * **AI-Assisted Development:** Cursor or equivalent AI coding tools; vibe coding practices. * **Version Control:** Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent source control systems. * **Testing:** Unit testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit, MSTest, Jest). * **Architecture:** Design patterns, SOLID principles, microservices, RESTful APIs. * **Cloud & DevOps:** Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker (preferred). **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Experience with Supabase for backend-as-a-service, including database management, authentication, and real-time features. * Familiarity with .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) for backend development. * Hands-on experience building or maintaining n8n workflows, particularly ones involving AI agents, database integration, or third-party API orchestration. * Familiarity with AI frameworks or libraries (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar). * Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, including deployment and infrastructure management. * Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design and development. * Prior experience mentoring or leading junior developers in a professional setting. * Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. **This is a hybrid work model that requires you to work from the office 3-4 days per week.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
