HSE Supervisor (Water Injection Operations)

Monitor and ensure HSE compliance of all on-site water injection activities, including injection well operation, water source well operation, and injection facility operation Conduct routine HSE risk identification for water injection system operations (e.g., high-pressure water injection lines, injection pumps, chemical dosing/injection, water treatment facilities) Perform HSE inspections on water injection wellheads, injection manifolds, water source wells and associated surface facilities to identify leaks, pressure anomalies and equipment integrity issues Review and verify Permit-to-Work (PTW) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for water injection related operations such as well commissioning, acidizing, stimulation, profile control/water shut-off and well workover Supervise safe handling, storage and injection of chemicals used in water injection and water treatment processes Coordinate with WI Field Supervisor and relevant departments to ensure emergency preparedness for water injection system failures or abnormal events Requirements: Holder of NEBOSH / British Council Level-3 / NVQ Level-3 or equivalent qualification in HSE Minimum of five (5) years of relevant HSE experience within the field scope of work (water injection / oilfield operations preferred)
