About the role
Job Description:
Manage and optimize overall water injection workflows
Coordinate daily team work allocation
Conduct full review of all technical deliverables
Lead top-level water injection strategy optimization based on FDP requirements and actual reservoir performance
Approve annual/quarterly/monthly water injection targets, work programs and key technical proposals
Lead the reservoir and water injection research
Lead cross-disciplinary coordination and ensure full HSE compliance of all team water injection activities
Requirements:
More than fifteen (15) years of proven experience in Oilfield Development Plan (FDP) and project management
At least ten (10) years of proven experience in integrated water-flooding reservoir management
Overall experience range: 15–20 years
