HVAC Foreman

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to supervise HVAC installation works for building construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing site teams and ensuring HVAC works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities \* Supervise HVAC installation works, including ducting, chilled water piping, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation, and insulation. \* Lead and coordinate HVAC technicians and subcontractors on-site. \* Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications. \* Plan daily activities to achieve project milestones and deadlines. \* Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and other trades. \* Monitor material requirements and ensure proper utilization. \* Ensure all works comply with quality, safety, and Dubai authority requirements. \* Inspect completed works and rectify any defects. \* Prepare daily progress reports and manpower allocation. Requirements \* ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. \* Minimum 5–7 years of UAE experience as an HVAC Foreman in building construction projects. \* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, chilled water piping, ventilation, testing & commissioning, and MEP coordination. \* Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and shop drawings. \* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. \* UAE driving license is an added advantage.
