Relationship Manager - Russian Speaker

**Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-time About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Russian-speaking Real Estate Agent** to join our real estate development company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's residential and commercial properties, building strong relationships with Russian-speaking clients, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities : * Build and maintain relationships with Russian-speaking clients and investors. * Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and events. * Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client meetings. * Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable property options. * Guide clients through the sales process, including negotiations, documentation, and contract signing. * Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. * Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property regulations in the UAE. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Requirements * Fluent in **Russian and English** (spoken and written). * Minimum **2 years of real estate sales experience** in the UAE is preferred. * Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, especially off-plan projects. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships. * Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * UAE driving license is an advantage.
