Information Security Manager

We’re Hiring: Information Security ManagerLocation: Baghdad, IraqEmployment Type: Full-timeDepartment: Information Security Department About the Role: Lead and manage the organization’s information security program, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, and driving security strategy, governance, risk management, and compliance across the bank. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and maintain the information security strategy, policies, standards, and procedures • Lead and manage information security functions, including SOC, SISM, VAPT and Cyber defense team. • Lead and manage information security functions, including SOC, SISM, VAPT and Cyber defense team. • Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, and CBI regulatory requirements • Direct incident response activities and act as the escalation point for major (P1/P2) security incidents • Manage the security awareness and training program across all departments • Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, and remediation tracking • Report security posture, KPIs, and risk metrics to the CISO and executive management Requirements: • BSc in Information Security, Computer Science, or any related IT field; Master’s degree preferred • CISSP, CISM, or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer certification required • Minimum 5 years of information security experience, including at least 3 year in a managerial or leadership role • Proven experience in the banking or financial services sector preferred Qualifications: • Information security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks • Security architecture, operations, and emerging technology risk management • Incident response leadership and crisis management • Security budgeting, vendor management, and team development • Clear executive-level communication and board reporting What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Professional growth and development opportunities.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunity to join Iraq’s First Digital Bank.
