Junior Accountant

**Job Title:** **Accountant** **Company Name : Nuvatic Electrical Equipment Trading LLC** **Location:** Mussafah 17, Abu Dhabi **Job Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary** We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, invoicing, VAT, and general office administration. Good communication skills and accuracy are essential. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and experience using **Zoho Books**. **Responsibilities** * Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and accounting records. * Process supplier invoices and customer payments. * Reconcile bank accounts and customer/supplier statements. * Prepare VAT-related documents and reports. · Assist with Corporate Tax compliance and related documentation. · Submit invoices to customers through their online portals or email, as required. · Attend and handle customer and supplier phone calls professionally. · Prepare financial reports and support management with profit and expense analysis. · Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems. · Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management. * Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. * Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and banks. * Draft professional emails and maintain proper business correspondence. * Support general office administration and other accounting duties as assigned. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. * UAE accounting experience preferred. * Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience preferred. * Proficiency in Zoho Books is mandatory. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good written and verbal communication skills in English. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * UAE Driving License is an added advantage. **Email Id :** [email protected] **Location:** Mussafah 17, Abu Dhabi **Immediate joiners are preferred.** Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
