Junior Estimation Engineer (MEP – Mechanical) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred We are seeking a Junior Estimation Engineer (MEP – Mechanical) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have experience in MEP estimation, quantity surveying, tendering, vendor coordination, and cost estimation for mechanical projects. Key Responsibilities · Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications. · Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for mechanical MEP works. · Float RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors and evaluate quotations. · Prepare comparison statements and negotiate with vendors. · Assist in preparing BOQs/BOAs, tender submissions, and pre- qualification documents. · Coordinate with draftsmen for quantity verification. · Support value engineering and cost optimization. · Maintain estimation records and documentation in line with ISO requirements. Requirements · Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. · 2–4 years of experience in MEP mechanical estimation and quantity surveying. · Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems. · Experience in tendering, RFQs, vendor coordination, BOQ/BOA preparation, and cost estimation. · Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (PlanSwift is an advantage). · UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
