Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities * Perform land and construction surveys using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other surveying equipment. * Set out project coordinates, control points, levels, and alignment for all civil works. * Verify dimensions, elevations, and locations according to approved drawings. * Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and as-built survey data. * Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to ensure accurate execution of construction activities. * Conduct topographic, boundary, and layout surveys as required. * Monitor settlement, alignment, and structural positioning throughout the project. * Ensure survey instruments are properly calibrated and maintained. * Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and project drawings. * Assist in quantity verification and measurement of completed works. * Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections and survey approvals. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations. Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the UAE construction industry. * Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and surveying software. * Strong knowledge of construction drawings, coordinate systems, and leveling techniques. * Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
