Job Opportunity – Logistics LeadA company operating in the Construction, Transportation, and Logistics sectors is seeking an experienced Logistics Lead to oversee logistics and transportation operations across multiple projects and sites simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily logistics and transportation operations across multiple projects, supervise transportation teams, drivers, and supervisors, coordinate vehicle and driver allocation, and monitor fleet availability, performance, fuel consumption, and operational readiness.Coordinate with the Maintenance Department regarding vehicle breakdowns and preventive maintenance, ensure all vehicle and driver documents, licenses, certificates, and permits are valid, and monitor compliance with HSE requirements and client standards.Review transportation and logistics reports, monitor KPIs, ensure effective field supervision, resolve operational issues and client observations, support cost reduction initiatives, and report key operational matters to Senior Management.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 7–10 years of experience in Logistics and Transportation, with previous experience as a Logistics Lead, Logistics Supervisor, Assistant Logistics Manager, or similar position.Strong experience in Fleet Management, personnel transportation, and managing logistics operations across multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in construction, oil & gas, industrial, or major projects is preferred.Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong professional communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
