Maintenance Administrator

Job Purpose: Working closely with Country Maintenance supervisor to manage the Reactive & Preventive Maintenance Administrative tasks; AMC (Internal & External) Management. Key Responsibilities: 1.Projects and Project Handover: NSO & remodel: a) Review, obtain and save the documents as per checklist b) Coordinate with Projects and Maintenance supervisor for site inspection and takeover Energy Checklist c) Asset Register d) Snag list, Warranties e) Uploaded in Service Max maintenance system. Off Premises Projects: a) Coordinating with Supplier, Operations and Field teams to track the project status b) Prepare brand wise report on delivered equipment and share the same with management. c) Schedule/Conduct meetings & Track assets replacement with the local agents. d) Prepare reports on project completion and progress and share the tracker with Ops and Maintenance management. 2.Tracker Management: AMC Implementation summary tracker management update. Capex Tracker update. Refurbish tracker update. 3.CAPEX: Kitchen Equipment’s : a) Monitor warranty calls and analyse route cause of breakdown. Highlight operational misuse wherever necessary and ensure actions are taken accordingly. b) Monitor warranty service provider performance, prepare report and share the same with procurement/stakeholders to highlight concerns. 4.Administration: Schedule all Weekly & Monthly Meetings with Internal Team & AMC vendors & operations Prepare reports analysis & presentation analysis for maintenance activities.
