Objectives: The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, both online and offline, to promote the client’s products and services effectively. Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with company objectives. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, to drive online visibility and lead generation. Coordinate and execute offline marketing initiatives such as events, trade shows, and promotional materials to enhance the brand's presence in the designated area. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats, providing actionable insights. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective strategies. Create compelling marketing content, including written, visual, and multimedia materials, to support online and offline campaigns. Skills & Qualifications: Possession of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in marketing. Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English for effective communication. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster relationships. Creative thinking to craft marketing content. Strong time management to meet deadlines. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and adjust strategies as needed.
