Mechanical Engineer - Tank Farm Steel Fabrication

**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the design, fabrication, and construction of our tank farms.** **Responsibilities:** * Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications for tank farm storage tanks. * Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure tanks meet all code requirements (e.g., ASME). * Select appropriate materials and fabrication techniques for tank construction. * Participate in the development and implementation of fabrication processes for steel tanks. * Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and fabrication shop personnel. * Conduct inspections during fabrication to ensure quality control standards are met. * Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design calculations, reports, and material lists. * Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for tank farm construction. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the oil & gas or storage tank industry. * Proven experience with tank farm steel fabrication projects. * Strong understanding of structural analysis principles. * Proficiency with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC) standards. * Knowledge of welding procedures and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods. * Experience with project management principles. **Benefits:** We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development. **Join our team and be a part of building critical infrastructure projects!** Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * are you proficiently experienced in AutoCAD ?
