Medical Doctor Paid Internship

Care Grid (caregr.id) is a UK-Iraqi HealthTech startup digitizing healthcare in Iraq. Our first product, Clinic Grid, helps private clinics manage patient records, queues, visits, and payments across Windows, Android, and iOS.Our team is expanding and we're hiring sales interns for a 2-month, full-time program (8 hrs/day, 6 days/week) and a path for a permanent job. This program is built for medical doctors, your clinical background gives you a real edge in understanding how private clinics work and how to sell to them. You'll sell a real product into the Iraqi healthcare market with direct training from founders and sales experts with European business and technical experience. This is a direct path to a permanent, full-time role, strong performers will be hired at the end of the program.Who you areA medical doctor graduate requiredBased in (Baghdad, Babylon , Najaf, Basra) and comfortable visiting clinics in personEnergetic, self-motivated, and interested in sales, startups, or HealthTechWhat you'll doProspect and reach out to private clinics.Join clinic visits, pitch the product, and support deal closingGrow and manage the sales pipelineBuild relationships with doctors and clinic staffSupport onboarding of new clinics and share market feedbackNice to have: prior sales, customer service, or medical rep experience; familiarity with CRM tools.What we offer: paid 2-month internship with hands-on training, direct founder mentorship, and a clear path to a permanent role.
