MEP Site Engineer

**MEP Site Engineer** **Job Description:** We are looking for experienced **MEP Site Engineers** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in MEP construction projects and strong knowledge of site execution, coordination, and quality control. **Qualification:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. * DM / DEWA certificates are an advantage. **Experience:** * 2–5 years of experience in MEP construction projects. * Experience in commercial or residential projects. * Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations. **Technical Skills:** * Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. * Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and coordination drawings. * Experience with AutoCAD is an advantage. * Understanding of testing, commissioning, and handover procedures. * Knowledge of QA/QC standards and construction methodologies. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise MEP installation works at the construction site. * Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications. * Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other engineering teams. * Monitor subcontractors’ performance and ensure quality workmanship. * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Prepare and follow up on material lists. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements. * Coordinate material inspections, deliveries, and inventory. * Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors. * Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. * Ensure work is completed within project schedules and budgets. **Soft Skills:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Leadership and team management abilities. * Problem-solving and analytical thinking. * Time management and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package * Company-provided visa * Medical insurance * Annual leave as per UAE Labour Law * Air ticket allowance as per company policy * Career growth opportunities **Location:** UAE Application Question(s): * What is your current/last drawn salary as per contact? * What is expected your salary?
