MEP Supervisor

Site Supervision & Work Execution * Supervise daily mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting activities. * Read and interpret shop drawings, schematics, and method statements. * Ensure all installations match project specs and local codes. * Monitor work progress and team output. Workforce & Resource Management * Assign daily tasks to electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians. * Allocate tools, equipment, and construction materials efficiently. * Manage site labor attendance, logistics, and welfare tasks. * Forecast short-term labor and material needs with site engineers. Coordination & Quality ControL * Coordinate with civil, structural, and interior fit-out teams to stop site clashes. * Check materials on-site before installation. * Conduct internal quality and elevation inspections for piping and ductwork. * Support system testing, commissioning, and final project handover. Safety & Reporting * Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules. * Monitor ToolBox Talks (TBT) and correct unsafe behaviors. * Write daily progress reports for the site engineer or project manager. Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month Education: * Diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Construction: 1 year (Required) Language: * Hindi (Required) * English (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in UAE
