Role Description The Project Manager Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Baghdad. This position is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing BeePay’s projects, including electronic payment platforms, digital wallets, prepaid cards, POS terminals, payment gateways, system integrations, and other financial technology solutions. The Project Manager leads projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, banks, payment networks, technology vendors, and external partners to ensure effective project execution and alignment with business requirements. The position also includes managing project risks, monitoring milestones, preparing management reports, coordinating system testing and regulatory readiness activities, and overseeing soft launches and full launches of new products and services. The Project Manager ensures that projects are properly documented, approved, and delivered in accordance with company policies, applicable regulatory requirements, and approved project management standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within approved scope, timelines, and budgets. Candidates should possess strong Leadership and Coordination skills to manage project activities and work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should possess strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to identify project risks, resolve issues, manage dependencies, and recommend corrective actions. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for leading project meetings, preparing professional reports, and presenting project updates to Senior Management. Candidates should possess good knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. Candidates should possess good knowledge of Electronic Payment Systems, including digital wallets, prepaid cards, POS terminals, payment gateways, and payment processing. Candidates should possess good Vendor Management skills to coordinate with technology providers, banks, payment networks, and external service providers. Candidates should possess strong Planning and Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, monitor milestones, track deliverables, and maintain accurate project documentation. Familiarity with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), vendor evaluations, and project lifecycle processes is preferred. Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or equivalent platforms. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for project planning, reporting, and presentations. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
