Description Wood is recruiting for a Process Engineer to join its Iraq business unit focusing on executing process engineering activities in accordance with applicable HSEQ requirements, project procedures, regulatory requirements, industry codes, and engineering standards. This role is a full-time on-site role in Basra, Iraq with travel requirement. Wood has been awarded an Onshore Project to support an International Client operation by providing Brownfield Engineering & Design Services. The Vision of this Contract is to enhance the production & assets integrity across various locations. Team of Engineers and Designers based in Basra and Dubai supports execution of these projects. Projects under this contract focuses on Flare system revamps/re-ignition, Rehab of aging assets, BTEX emission control, Flare Gas Recovery & Replacement/upgrade of obsolete equipment, piping & systems.
