Production & Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced **Production & Project Engineer** to manage the execution of shop-fabricated pressure vessels, process equipment, and storage tank projects. The successful candidate will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery while maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the complete execution of pressure vessel, process equipment, and storage tank projects. * Handle end-to-end project activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and commercial coordination. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, production, quality, and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle. * Review and implement project execution plans, work procedures, inspection plans, and contract-specific requirements. * Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule. * Ensure compliance with ASME codes, project specifications, and quality standards. * Provide technical support on materials, welding, fabrication, coating, and painting processes. * Resolve technical and commercial issues during project execution. * Prepare project reports and participate in client meetings. * Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion. **Qualifications & Experience** * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. * **5–8 years of experience** in an **ASME-authorized fabrication facility** executing pressure vessel and process equipment projects. * Experience in **storage tank terminal construction projects** is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong understanding of ASME codes, fabrication processes, welding, NDT, painting, and coating systems. * Experience in project planning, scheduling, commercial coordination, and contract management. * Excellent communication, client coordination, and decision-making skills. * Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and project management software. * Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Preferred Skills** * Strong leadership and organizational abilities. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Effective coordination with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
