تفاصيل الوظيفة

**Who We Are** Litco Industries is a specialist subcontractor in the fabrication, supply, and erection of steel structures and metalworks. We deliver projects across different sectors in Saudi Arabia, working under main contractors and alongside consultant teams. **The Role** We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer based in Saudi Arabia with a proven background in steel structure projects. This is a full-ownership role — you will manage execution, handle inspections, coordinate with main contractors and consultants, and drive the project from the ground up through to successful handover. **Your Responsibilities** ***Execution & Coordination*** * Manage all steel fabrication, erection, and installation activities from mobilisation through to close-out. * Review all project drawings, specifications, and BOQs prior to execution and ensure accurate implementation on site. * Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain progress against the approved programme. * Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, third-party inspectors, and internal departments across the full project lifecycle. * Attend and contribute to project progress meetings with clients and main contractor teams. ***Inspections & Quality*** * Prepare, submit, and manage MIR, WIR, and WMR documentation end-to-end. * Attend site inspections and secure timely approvals from main contractor and consultant representatives. * Manage NCRs and inspection comments — coordinate corrective actions and follow through to formal closure. * Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, applicable codes, quality standards, and HSE regulations. ***Main Contractor & Consultant Coordination*** * Serve as the primary site-level contact with the main contractor's team and the consultant. * Manage RFIs, technical submittals, and all site correspondence through the correct channels and maintain full records. * Identify scope changes, delay events, or issues with commercial impact and flag them to the Project Manager immediately. ***Subcontractor & Resource Management*** * Supervise and monitor subcontractor performance, quality output, and programme compliance. * Track material deliveries, manpower deployment, and equipment utilisation against the project schedule. ***Reporting & Documentation*** * Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports covering all aspects of site activity. * Maintain all project logs — drawing register, submittal log, RFI log, NCR register, and inspection log. * Compile and submit full close-out documentation at project handover. ***HSE*** * Ensure all site activities comply with the approved safety plan, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce HSE requirements at all times. **What We Are Looking For** * Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering. * Minimum 4 years of overall experience as a Project Engineer with at least 4 years specifically within Saudi Arabia. * Must have subcontractor-side experience — comfortable working under a main contractor and managing upward. * Proven hands-on experience with MIR, WIR, and WMR preparation and management. * Strong track record coordinating directly with main contractors and consultants on inspections, approvals, and technical matters. * Familiarity with Saudi construction standards and QA/QC procedures. * Familiarity with Aramco, SABIC, or Royal Commission project requirements is a strong advantage. * Excellent English communication skills. Arabic is a plus. * Valid Saudi driving licence and transferable iqama preferred. Candidates with a background in steel structure, aluminium, facade, curtain wall, cladding, oil & gas, or fit-out are also encouraged to apply. Work Location: In person
