Project Manager - Construction (WMS Certified)

**Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Availability:** Immediate We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in steel structure construction to oversee projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and client relationships while ensuring successful delivery of structural steel fabrication and erection projects. The candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the complete lifecycle of steel structure construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out. * Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, structural engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Oversee structural steel fabrication, transportation, and site erection activities. * Monitor project progress to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget. * Prepare and manage project budgets, cost forecasts. * Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and clients. * Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and inspection reports. * Manage procurement activities and coordinate material deliveries. * Supervise project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. * Manage project documentation, variation orders, claims, and final project handover. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management. * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, 5 years managing steel structure projects. * Experience in structural steel fabrication and erection for industrial, commercial, warehouse, or high-rise projects. * Strong understanding of construction contracts, project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. * Experience with quality control and safety management systems. * Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory) **Technical Skills** * Primavera P6 * Microsoft Project * AutoCAD * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Knowledge of structural steel design and construction standards **Nationality:** Preferably any national who can speak (English, Hindi) Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have as a Construction Project Manager? * Do you have experience managing structural steel fabrication and erection projects? * Are you able to join immediately? * What is your salary expectation? * Do you speak English & Hindi? * Do you hold WMS Certification?
