Project Manager

**Job Title: Project Manager – High-Rise Construction** **Location:** United Arab Emirates **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to lead and manage high-rise building construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and client requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the complete lifecycle of high-rise construction projects. * Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities. * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications. * Supervise construction activities and resolve technical and operational issues. * Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents. * Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients. * Manage project costs, variations, claims, and change orders. * Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements. * Monitor procurement activities and material delivery schedules. * Lead and mentor project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and other project staff. * Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and final project handover. * Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * PMP certification is an advantage. * Dubai Municipality Certification required . **Requirements** * **Minimum 12+ years of construction experience**, with significant experience managing **high-rise building projects in the UAE**. * Proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. * Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, contract administration, and construction methodologies. * Familiarity with UAE authority requirements, Municipality regulations, and building codes. * Proficient in **Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office**. * Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Valid UAE Driving License is preferred. Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
