Sales Manager

**Role Summary** We are looking for a driven and hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our 5-person sales team across the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This is a player-coach role: you will carry a personal sales contribution alongside end-to-end responsibility for team performance — from hiring and developing talent to driving pipeline and closing revenue against assigned team targets. **About the Company** OMX Solutions LLC is an IT hardware and networking services company with 14 years of established presence in the UAE market. As an authorized partner for leading global technology brands — including Dell, Cisco, HP, Lenovo, Fortinet, and HPE — we leverage strong brand relationships and deep technical expertise to deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure, networking, and security solutions to organizations across the UAE. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team across the Dubai and Abu Dhabi (AUH) offices to achieve assigned team sales targets, while personally contributing to the team’s gross profit target. * Coordinate with the marketing team, guiding and supporting lead generation and campaign efforts. * Hire, onboard, and develop sales team members, building a strong, capable, and accountable team. * Coach and mentor sales executives through structured training, role-play, and performance reviews. * Monitor individual and team performance against targets, identifying gaps and driving corrective action. * Drive pipeline generation, deal progression, and accurate forecasting through the CRM. * Own and manage key client and OEM/vendor relationships to support deal closure and business growth. * Ensure consistent adherence to sales processes, reporting standards, and CRM hygiene across the team. * Coordinate closely with management on sales strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution. * Provide regular performance and pipeline reports to senior management. * Represent OMX Solutions professionally with clients, partners, and vendors. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred; strong relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree. * 5+ years of sales experience in the IT solutions, hardware, or technology services industry, including 2–3 years in a managerial or team-lead role. * Proven track record of leading a sales team to meet or exceed targets. * Experience hiring, training, and developing sales talent. * Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) and sales reporting. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Based in Dubai, with willingness to travel regularly to the Abu Dhabi office to manage the team there. * UAE experience strongly preferred; valid UAE driving license required. **What We Offer** * A leadership role with direct ownership of team growth and results. * Fixed salary plus an uncapped, performance-based commission and bonus structure; the full compensation plan will be shared with shortlisted candidates. * Opportunity to work with leading global technology brands. * A collaborative, fast-growing company with clear paths for career development.
