Powered by a dedicated and agile team, Momentum Solutions Egypt is built to scale—supporting functions from service to strategy, all while making travel seamless, accessible, and stress-free. **Position Overview** We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst** to join our Product & Technology team supporting **FlightHub** and **JustFly**. In this role, you will take ownership of quality across our desktop and mobile web platforms, ensuring every feature delivers a seamless, reliable experience for millions of travelers. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams to validate new features, identify issues before release, and maintain the highest quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle. If you enjoy problem-solving, thinking like an end user, and continuously improving product quality, we'd love to hear from you **What You'll Be Doing:** * + Own the end-to-end QA process for new features, enhancements, and production releases—from requirement review through final sign-off. + Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and QA documentation. + Execute manual testing across desktop and mobile web applications. + Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and ensure existing functionality remains unaffected. + Validate front-end functionality, back-end data, APIs, and business logic. + Test API endpoints, responses, and error handling using tools such as Postman. + Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using Jira, Trello, or similar tools. + Produce clear, actionable bug reports that enable developers to resolve issues efficiently. + Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers throughout the development lifecycle. + Proactively identify risks, communicate critical issues early, and contribute to continuous quality improvements. + Ensure all releases meet functional, usability, and quality standards before deployment. **What You Bring:** * + 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a similar role. + Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and software development lifecycles. + Experience testing web applications across multiple browsers and devices. + Proven experience writing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios from business requirements. + Hands-on experience performing manual testing and regression testing. + Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools. + Familiarity with defect tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or equivalent. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment. + Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and strong ownership of deliverables. **Please note this is a full-time on-site position, in Heliopolis, Egypt.** **Benefits of Working With Us:** * Competitive salary and performance-based incentives * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunity to work with leading global travel brands * Career growth and development within a fast-growing company * Gain valuable experience in travel operations, fraud prevention, and dispute management If you're ready to put your analytical skills to work in an exciting, travel-focused environment, apply today and join the Momentum Solutions Egypt team!
